All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding size issues. Before purchase, please refer to our sizing guide and product’s description and make sure to order the right size. If you are not sure about your size, use a measuring tape in centimeters to measure your bust, waist and hip.
 
In the event an item received is a wrong item, wrong size or defective item has been sent to you, please notify us at info@carawoman.co or reach us through Line or WhatsApp within 3 working days after receiving the package with the picture of the defect. If your product passes the return check, we will exchange the defect item with the same item if the stock is available or a full refund if we have none. Exchanges with another item is applicable for the same price or less. If you want to exchange with higher price item, you need to pay the rest amount. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories are not qualified for return or exchange. Sale and special request items are not exchangeable or returnable.

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days after receiving the items. Late returns over the time limit will not be accepted and the package will be sent back. The item should be returned unused, unwashed, with the tag still attached and in its original packaging. Return items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We do not provide pick up services for return, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed for cases that are due to our oversight. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process and will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us.

Please take note that returns and exchanges are only allowed once per purchase. To make a return, kindly print and complete the return form. Put the return form inside your return package and send it to us.
